We are pleased to announce the first Groove Workshop, an online meeting seeking to bring together researchers from a wide range of domains and with differing research questions and approaches, all centered around the topic of musical groove.

Over three days, there will be 2 keynote lectures from Dr. Anne Danielsen and Dr. Michael Hove, alongside 20 minute presentations and flash talks (~5-10 minutes).

Our goal is to promote the work of both experienced and up-and-coming researchers, to provide ample time for the discussion and to facilitate communication both on- and off-line.

Time: 25 - 27 January 2023, 4-8 pm CET (10 am-2 pm EST; 7-11 am PST)

Place: The workshop will take place via Zoom. There will also be a Slack channel to facilitate extended discussions during and after the workshop.

Format: Keynote lectures, presentations, and flash talks.

Fee: Attending or presenting at the conference is free of charge.
