New face at MIB: Antonia Schuerg
MIB is happy to host Fellow from Neuroscience Academy of Denmark (NAD).
Antonia is a fellow with the Neuroscience Academy of Denmark and is at MIB for a three month rotation until the end of March.
After finishing her Master’s in Molecular Biosciences majoring in Neuroscience from the University of Heidelberg with a thesis on the perception of polyphonic music, she will start her PhD in Jan 2027.
For her PhD she plans to work on auditory processing and is currently in Aarhus to learn more about rhythm perception. She is working with Peter Keller and Mattia Rosso on different projects.
In her free time she likes to be active outside and plans to take up birdwatching despite all-encompassing ignorance to all things avian.
