New face at MIB: Sadaf Valadkhani
MIB is joined by Master's student from University of Pavia.
Sadaf Valadkhani is a Master's student at the University of Pavia, Italy. She has joined the MIB for a 6-month internship under the supervision of Assocate Professor Boris Kleber.
Sadaf is studying for her Master in Cognitive Psychology and is deeply intrigued by the Neuroscience of music, the intricate processes underlying our pleasure and reward responses during music listening. During her internship, she will delve into a research direction within music and pleasure studies: exploring the relationship between singing and neural reward mechanisms.
Sadaf has played music from a young age with a decade of experience on the piano.
