Thanks to conference grants from The Carlsberg Foundation and the Lundbeck Foundation, we can provide eight travel scholarships of up to 400 Euros each. The scholarships cover travel and accommodation costs in relation to conference attendance as well as conference fee. Costs of up to 400 Euros will be reimbursed by AU. 

Priority will be assigned according to the following selection criteria: 

1. Career status. Early career researchers will have priority.
2. Travel distance. Longer distance travel will have priority.
3. Applicant’s contribution to the conference. Applicants contributing with a poster or oral presentation will have priority.
4. Income level of country of residence. Applicants from low-income countries will have priority.

You will receive a confirmation email once your email is received.

The application must contain name, title, affiliation and career stage as well as a brief statement of your motivation for attending the conference. Please also include information on where you are travelling from and whether you have submitted an abstract or not.

Application deadline is January 16, 2026

Applications will be evaluated by the Center for Music in the Brain administration according to the criteria described above. Decisions will be announced mid-February.
